1. THE WARNING CONCERNING “THE LAST TIMES” -

A. The Holy Spirit speaks “expressly” about the last times.

B. Could we be living in the last times, now?

1 John

A. They decided to depart from the faith.

1. Look at the traditional method of departing.

a. They were not thankful that they knew God.

b. Their imaginations became the source of their faith.

c. Their wisdom was foolishness.

d. They changed the truth of God into a lie.

e. They chose not to remember the truth about God.

f. They loved those who were godless.

2. Look at the reaction of God.

a. God gave them over to uncleanness.

b. God gave them over to vile affections.

B. The downward trend of the departing

1. They became open to the leading of seducing spirits.

Colossians

3. They knew that they were doing wrong, but convinced themselves

that they were right.

1 Timothy

4. They changed the clear teaching of scripture.

1 Timothy

a. More strict than Scripture

B. They needed to fight their natural desire to return to that illusion of

freedom that is really bondage.

3. When negative or evil thoughts come up, we need to say,”God, please

forgive me for this wicked thought, I want to turn this over to You”.

You may have to do this more than once.

4. We need to walk in the Spirit.

A Spirit controlled person is a Word controlled person

(including their thought life).

5. Remove yourself from temptation and stay away from it!

Guard yourself from the television, computer (make sure you have a filter on the computer), and anything that would be a temptation to your thought life.

6. Remember, that you belong to God!

You are to glorify Him in your life,

including your thought life, 包括你的思想生活，

I Corinthians

You must be content with His presence in your life and home and discontent

with your sin.

7. Ephesians 4 is the change chapter of the Bible. Read it over several times, and learn

how to make Biblical long term changes in your life.

You must learn the put off and put on principles with a renewed mind.

8. Make it a priority to teach your children and spouse how to have a controlled thought life.

This will make the issue more sensitive to you each day when it is on the forefront of your teaching in your home.

Remember: Your uncontrolled thought life can destroy your good relationship with your family, friends, and God!

Ephesians

My goal for this church is to get 100% of the people working.
you begin to work.

Skills are perfected not in the classroom but on the job.

A.	You learn to be a soul winner by winning souls.

B.	You learn to preach by preaching.

C.	You learn to teach Sunday School by teaching Sunday School.

3. EVERY PART WORKING TO INCREASE THE CHURCH
Our efforts ought to be designed to see the church increase in:

the number of people attending,

the number of people serving,

the number of people getting saved, and	得救的人數，及

the number of people getting baptized!
